The National Office manages and co-ordinates the courses of study provided by Polytechnic Institutes which lead to the awarding of the Institute's formal national qualifications.

The structure of the Institute's national qualifications programme is carefully designed to provide a logical path of personal skills development, integrated with the attainment of other external qualifications - the National Certificate in Business Studies (NCB), and various university or polytechnic degrees such as BBS, BCA and MBA.
